Taichi wall with stuffed pandas and cups.

Three different colored Taichi drinks on a table.

I went here for the first time with one of my friends in between my classes. The stuffed animals and cute knick-knacks were a cute touch to the cafe’s interior. You could order what you wanted on a screen and pick it up at the counter when your number was called. For some reason, there was a big group of middle schoolers when we got there and it was a bit loud. After they left, the environment was nicer and we got to enjoy our food and drinks and chat a bit.

LOCATION

Right in the heart of downtown within walking distance of North Campus! Definitely the place to go if you’re craving boba in between classes.

AMBIANCE

Can be a bit overstimulating when it gets busy. The tables are not very spaced out and it can get loud at times. Very busy mid-day.

COFFEE

I didn’t get coffee here but I did get boba (I forgot what flavor I got). It was really good but a bit on the pricy side.

SERVICE

I went with my friend and we had to wait ~30-45 minutes for our food and drinks. Everything tasted good but not a good option if you’re on a time crunch.

Decent option but maybe not my first choice for boba or coffee. I would only go here if I wanted to get food too and I would go at a time where its less busy.
